Position Summary:

Oklahoma City University invites applications for the position of Principal Faculty, Assistant or Associate Clinical Professor in the Physician Assistant (PA) Program. This is a full-time, 12-month non-tenure track position located in the heart of Oklahoma City. The successful candidate will contribute to the education and development of future healthcare professionals and play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of the PA program. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide didactic education and course coordination for first-year PA students. 
  • Facilitate small group learning experiences and provide clinical instruction. 
  • Offer academic counseling and support to students on academic issues. 
  • Collaborate with program faculty and staff in curriculum development and assessment. 
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of clinical rotation sites. 
  • Serve as a mentor and advisor to PA students. 
  • Engage in scholarly activities and professional development. 
  • Contribute to university and program committees as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree with eligibility for licensure as a Physician Assistant in Oklahoma. 
  • Current certification by the NCCPA and eligibility for licensure in Oklahoma. 
  • Experience in graduate-level education preferred, including syllabi, test, and lecture preparation. 
  • Ability to work autonomously in providing direct patient care services. 
  • Minimum of two years of experience in PA education and providing direct patient care services preferred.

The Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst provides analysis foradministrative processes and workflows, quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external data sources, and related activities resulting in data reporting, tools, and frameworks to support the university in making effective, data-driven decisions.  Additionally, the BIR Analyst will support assigned projects such as creating/modifying existing ASP.net applications and retrieving data from API interfaces. The BIR Analyst collaborates closely with colleagues from assigned departments across campus to achieve shared objectives. The BIR Analyst reports to the Director of Business Intelligence and Reporting and is a member of the Campus Technology Services Division.

Senior Associate Dean and Nurse Administrator

Nursing School
The Senior Associate Dean and Nurse Administrator provides academic and administrative leadership for the Kramer School of Nursing and serves as the designated Nurse Administrator for purposes of ACEN accreditation and Oklahoma Board of Nursing program approval. Reporting directly to the Dean of the College of Nursing and Health Professions, the Senior Associate Dean holds the authority and accountability required of the Nurse Administrator under Oklahoma Board of Nursing rules, including direct responsibility for administration of the School’s nursing education program, preparation and administration of the School budget, implementation of faculty development programs, and recommendation of qualified faculty for appointment, promotion, tenure (if applicable), and retention. The Senior Associate Dean ensures compliance and alignment with applicable accreditation and regulatory body standards and reporting requirements. As a senior member of college leadership, the Senior Associate Dean and Nurse Administrator works collaboratively with the Dean in providing strategic and operational direction for the College.
