Position Summary

 

The OCU School of Law is seeking temporary administrative assistant support within Student Services starting as soon as possible.  We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our Student Services team of dedicated professionals collaborating to provide a wide range of services for law students including advising, career exploration and strategies, and more.  In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for students, visitors, faculty, and staff engaging with the Student Services department as well as performing a range of administrative activities. 

Expected Schedule and Hours: The preferred schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm with a one-hour lunch.  Alternative schedules may be considered. 

Position Duration: This is a temporary position expected to conclude no later than December 22, 2022.  However, assignment renewal may be considered dependent upon departmental need and resources. 

Anticipated Job Duties:  

  • Answering phones  
  • Greeting guests  
  • Process documentation 
  • Printing  
  • Scanning  
  • Monitoring emails  
  • Coordinate scheduling/calendars  
  • Other duties as assigned 

Position Requirements and Preferences: A high school diploma or GED is required.  Previous administrative support experience is preferred. 

Compensation: The anticipated rate for this position is $13.46 hourly.

Additional Information: This position reports to the OCU School of Law located at 800 N. Harvey Ave, OKC, OK.  This is a temporary position and is therefore ineligible for benefits.
